Please join us in celebrating Five Decades of Empowerment and Change: Honoring our Past, Inspiring our Future. This event will be on March 29, 2025, from 3:00pm-9:00pm.

To register more than one person, complete the registration form once, then leave the cart (using the back button or by visiting csdhh.org/celebrate50), and submit additional registration form(s) for any additional attendees.

The registration cost is $50 per person if registered by March 10. Registration will be $60 per person starting on March 11 through March 20. Registration will close on March 20, 2025; there will be no registration on March 21 or later.
